Matt Corps. Outdoor currently operates one plant, our arcadia plant, and a Non-Plant Territory, Polk County. We currently have two signs in service N.P.T. Polk and two signs in service in Arcadia. We expect to bring more signs into service in both terrtories by or before the end of the year.

| Arcadia Plant Policy: |
| We are leasing our anticipated locations in the Arcadia Plant as well as accepting leases and then finding the perfect locale to build our clients' signs. Either way, our clients are not obligated to pay for the location until their artwork is posted and in the off chance event that we cannot find a suitable location for a client the contract becomes void. |

Arcadia Plant (ARC)
Listed as Plant_001, Matt Corps.' Arcadia Plant is fast becomming a great success story. The Arcadia Plant is being built fresh and new from the ground up, giving you the advertiser the unique opportunity to specify where you want your location. The plant services all the major roads in DeSoto, Hardee, and Highlands counties, Florida.

N.P.T. Polk
Matt Corps.' Polk County Inventory is currently less sizeable than what we expect the Arcadia Plant to be, that is why Polk county is a Non- Plant Territory (an area administered directly from our corporate office) and not a plant. However, the inventory in this territory is highly visible and on one of the county's major roads, US-17 in Ft. Meade, FL.
